KOCHUM provides digital services for YKS preparation such as a question bank, mock exams, analytics, a study plan, a preference robot and a teacher/coach panel. Estimated scores, nets and placement odds are indicators; they don't guarantee any exam or placement result.

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password secret. Don't share your account with others. Tell us right away if you notice suspicious use.

When using the service you agree to:

• Not copy, reproduce or distribute questions and content without permission,
• Not overload the system with automated tools or try to bypass its security,
• Not cheat in duels, leaderboards and tournaments,
• Treat other users with respect.

Questions, solutions, software, design and brand elements on KOCHUM belong to KOCHUM or its licensors. [Details on licensed content to be added.]

Paid packages will be offered soon. Package contents, prices, the right of withdrawal and refund terms will be set out separately in the distance sales contract and the preliminary information form.

You can close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of [city] have jurisdiction; your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts for consumer transactions is reserved.
